I was looking for a neat, simple, easy-to-use Help authoring tool that would enable me to easily convert Help documents from RTF in CHM files suitable for windows XP and Vista. After I found winCHM it took me no more than 2-3 hours to convert a complete set of help documents, plus improve the appearance and accessibility of my documentation. All in all, a great tool that is extremely easy to use and deploy, and great value for money!
